Angel Tree

So our neighborhood and the scouts got an angel tree and we chose a couple little boys to help buy for. I was discussing it with Ethan and trying to get him to understand that some little kids don't get very many presents for Christmas and how it's important that we help. You know a little fhe lesson combined with making them feel grateful for what they have never hurts right?

Me: Do you think it's a good idea to help kids that don't have as much stuff as we do?

Ethan: Ya

Me: Do you think Heavenly Father would think that's a nice thing to do?

Ethan: Ya, my heart says we should give those kids some of our toys.

Me: I think your heart is right!

And that is payday for me right there! Hopefully we can carry that through to the end and make some little boys happy and some other little boys have a sense of gratitude and humility. Never too young right!
